Steps
Step 1: Cook ground turkey with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne until browned.
Step 2: Heat oil; sauté diced onion and cauliflower rice, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 3: Stir in cooked turkey, beans, enchilada sauce, and salsa; simmer a few minutes.
